What quality are our destination scroll canvases?
Our canvases are premium quality lovingly produced in Australia. Our destination canvases are printed on 420gsm poly-cotton canvas which won’t shrink, warp or fade. They are guaranteed for life with normal usage. The canvas is stretched over 30mm deep kiln dried stretcher bars. They will last at least 100 years if properly cared for.
Can I customise my canvas?
We offer a few different custom options, all of which are free. On our pre-designed canvases you can:
- Change any of the names to names of your choice. Note that the layout of some of the canvases may change slightly because of different length words.
- If you want to have a tram stop outside your house you can choose to highlight your suburb and/or street with a different colour.
You can make these changes on the product page you are on.
You can also completely customise your canvas including the words, background colours, font colours or even add image as a background. You can find these options on our custom page. If you are unsure how it will look or how it works please don’t hesitate to contact us via our contact us page.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free. It is included in the price of our canvases.
Do you deliver overseas?
We are actually based overseas ourselves in Switzerland. Our printing in Australia is done by one of Australia’s most respected canvas printers. If you would like to have something delivered overseas it may be cheaper to do that from one of our sister sites www.greatwalls.ch or www.greatwalls.de. Please contact us via our contact page and we will let you know what to do.
Can I contact you via telephone?
As we are based in Switzerland it is a little more difficult with time zones but we love to hear Australian accents again. You can call us on 02 8006 4405. Just leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
What is your returns policy?
You can return any of our standard predesigned tram scrolls and get a full refund anytime within the first 4 weeks of receiving it. Obviously we ask that you look after it and return it in good order. Once we have received it will will refund your payment.
With our customised canvases we offer returns if there is a manufacturing error or typo. Please note that it is your responsibility to check the spelling on our custom canvases when we send you the proof for approval. You have 7 days from receipt of your canvas to contact us about manufacturing issues or problems which may have been caused in transit.
How long will my destination scroll take?
Our partner’s standard production time is 14 days and then less than 7 days for delivery. It is a bit slow we know, but we aren’t there to do it ourselves and after all, our canvases are worth the wait.
Do you offer an expedited service?
Not really, but you can always send us a note via our contact us page and we will see what we can do.
How can I pay?
All payments for our bus and tram destination signs are via Paypal, including Visa and Mastercard. If you are using your credit card you do not need to register for Paypal. Your payment is extremely secure as you leave our website and transfer to Paypal’s to complete your transaction.
